The technique encourages tissue release, improves circulation, and supports natural regeneration. I often combine it with fascial work and soft tissue massage for faster and lasting results.
When is trigger point therapy helpful?
This technique is particularly effective for recurring pain, diffuse discomfort, or symptoms that don’t improve with rest. It may bring relief if you experience:
- Chronic back, neck, shoulder or hip pain
- Tension headaches, jaw pain or neck stiffness
- Limited mobility or a “pulling” sensation in the body
