Dear Patients,
Due to the high rate of late cancellations of appointments, and often failure to show up for an appointment, when the patient is not informed about the cancellation or postponement of the appointment, despite reminder text messages, the Agnieszka Lisiecka Body Therapy facility has introduced prepayments for scheduled appointments.
prepayment of PLN 50 payable within 2 days of making an appointment only to the bank account number: Santander 26 1090 1359 0000 0001 4654 5366 Agnieszka Lisiecka Remedial Therapy
- prepayment can also be made online on the booksy website during the appointment process (button below – book an appointment),
- the prepayment is subject to postponement to another date of the scheduled visit if the Patient or for unforeseeable reasons changes the date of the scheduled visit until 10:00 a.m. on the day preceding the visit,
- cancellations – refund of prepayment up to 72 hours before the scheduled visit,
- the prepayment for a visit not canceled or after the scheduled date is not refundable and the facility issues a receipt only for the prepayment
After completing the visit, the patient pays the remaining amount (the value of the receipt or invoice includes the full amount).
