My history
Welcome to my space – a place where your body regains lightness and harmony.
My name is Agnieszka Lisiecka, friends call me Aggie and for the past 20 years, my mission has been to help people restore freedom, mobility, and comfort in their bodies. I invite you to explore the world of conscious bodywork, where I combine modern manual therapy methods, osteopathic techniques, and nervous system work to help you feel better – physically and emotionally. I gained my education and professional experience in London, United Kingdom, as well as in Poland.
My approach is based on a deep understanding of anatomy, movement, and muscle function, allowing me to accurately diagnose the source of discomfort and select the most effective therapy methods.
As a Soft Tissue Therapist and Remedial Massage Therapist, I aim to release tension, alleviate pain, and restore balance in the body. I believe that maintaining the body in good condition is key to overall well-being. By incorporating stretching and strengthening exercises, I help my clients quickly regain mobility and rediscover the joy of a conscious connection with their own bodies.
I have completed training in Craniosacral Therapy in the biodynamic approach, and in my work, I also integrate polarity therapy, polyvagal techniques, and vagus nerve work. This allows me to provide a comprehensive, holistic approach that addresses both the structural and subtle processes within the body.
In my practice, I also use tools from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which support personal transformation, help build inner balance, and promote better communication with the body. I have completed the second degree in Reiki, which enables me to work with subtle energy to support the body’s natural self-healing and regeneration processes.
My expertise also includes manual therapy in the osteopathic approach, including short-lever HVLA manipulations. I strongly believe that osteopathic techniques are among the most effective methods for restoring balance and healthin the body.
I have successfully helped individuals with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, bruxism, and facial tensionusing ZOGA structural facial therapy. Additionally, my extensive experience as a personal trainer allows me to provide guidance on mobility, stretching, and strengthening exercises to support long-term therapeutic results. I create personalized programs of mobilizing, stretching, and strengthening exercises to support your body’s recovery and help maintain the effects of therapy over time. I believe that conscious bodywork is the key to lasting improvements in health and well-being.
If you want to feel more mobile, youthful, and restore the natural flow of energy in your body – I invite you to get in touch. Together, we will find the best solution for your health and well-being.
One of the areas I’m currently expanding into is Hypopressives – a holistic method that works with breath, abdominal muscles, pelvic floor, and deep postural muscles. It delivers revolutionary results in core stability, recovery, and pelvic health. Hypopressives is an innovative breath-based postural training method that works holistically on the whole body. It not only strengthens and releases, but also teaches the body how to move efficiently, making the benefits long-lasting and noticeable in everyday life.
I’m also expanding my offerings to include workshops and trainings that support health and body awareness. Stay tuned for more news!
